4. Sella Ronda Bike Day – Sunday, the 12. July 2009
 

Goodbye to the acoustic pollution of motors and gas! On the occasion of the 3rd Sella Ronda Bike Day on Sunday, the 12. July 2009 around the Sella Group, the motorized vehicles will not have any chance. The four Dolomites passes will exclusively be reserved to the lovers of the two wheels.

Sunday, on the 12. July 2009 from 9.00 am until 3.30 pm o'clock all the Dolomites passes around the Sella Group (Sella, Gardena, Pordoi and Campolongo) will be reserved to the bicyclists.

All the refuges and restaurants in proximity of the road will offer a personalized "Sella Ronda Bike Day" water bottle and/or some energy bars by ENERVIT as present (while stocks last).

The participation is open for everyone and there is no need of any registration! 

We invite you also to visit our online shop where you can find the new official cycling t-shirt of the "Sella Ronda Bike Day".

Due to the great demand will the T-shirts be available even on the day of the event directly at the track (bike Points, some shelters and restaurants) as well as in the Tourist Office Val Gardena (till Saturday-Tel. 0471 777777).

On the 9 of June 2009 the press conference concerning the "Sella Ronda Bike Day 2009" has taken place in the mountain refuge "Maria Sass Pordoi".
Special guest were "Maurizio Fondriest"!

In detail the closed hours:

• from the Sella Pass to the Gardena Pass on the side of Val Gardena among the hours 09.00 am and 3.30 pm (from the intersection Maciaconi to the border between Selva and S. Cristina - SS 242).
   
• from Corvara to the Gardena Pass and from Corvara to the Campolongo Pass on the side of Val Badia among the hours 09.00 am and 3.30 pm (from the valley station of the Boè cablecar - SS243 and SS 244).
   
• from Arabba to the Pordoi Pass SR 48 and to the Campolongo Pass SP 244 on the side of the township of Livinallongo among the hours 09.00 am and 3.30 pm (Arabba, from the intersection with the Campolongo Pass up to the Pordoi Pass).
   
• from Canazei to the Sella Pass and to the Pordoi Pass on the side of Fassa among the hours 09.00 am and 3.30 pm (Canazei, intersection Dolomites street and street of Col de Pin near Hotel Bellevue and the postal office - SS 48).
